Water supply at the House of God's Faith in Benton Harbor

Over the past three years, as the lead content in the water has risen, residents of Benton Harbor have asked the state government for more help. For three years, the state’s response was roughly the same: routine monitoring, adjustments to water treatment, notifications and filters.
