The second acquisition under Behrman ownership enhances Waterline's portfolio of trenchless pipeline repair solutions for the North American wastewater industry
Elk Grove Village, Illinois, November 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Behrman Capital's portfolio company Waterline Renewal Technologies today announced the acquisition of Pipe Lining Supply, a national, full-service Cure-in-place pipe (CIPP) lateral lining and drainage, waste and ventilation (DWV) sewer pipe repair supplier, specializing in providing first-class customer support and training. In line with Waterline Renewal Technologies’ growth strategy, this acquisition will provide a solid foundation for the continued development of Waterline Renewal Technologies’ business in North America. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pipe Lining Supply was founded by Linda Heisler in 2004 and later by her husband John Heisler. It is a consumables and equipment supplier that can restore sewers to a new state without digging. By providing various products and services for any gravity drainage system that needs to be repaired, Pipe Lining Supply has created a one-stop solution for plumbers and drain cleaners. Its products include Quik-Shot™ systems, Quik-Coating systems, high-speed drain cleaners, lateral lining materials and resins, support and training, and customizable drain cleaning, coatings and lateral linings MICROSHOP on Wheels.

Adams Street Partners provided debt financing for the transaction.
