Behrman Capital’s portfolio company Waterline Renewal Technologies today announced the completion of the acquisition of Pipe Lining Supply, a nationwide, full-service cured-in-place pipeline (CIPP) lateral lining and drainage, waste and ventilation (DWV) sewer A pipeline repair supplier that specializes in providing first-class customer support and training. Consistent with Waterline Renewal Technologies' growth strategy, this acquisition will provide a solid foundation for the continued development of Waterline Renewal Technologies' business in North America. Pipe Lining Supply was founded by Linda Heisler in 2004 and later joined by her husband John Heisler, focusing on restoring the sewer to a new state without the need for excavation.
